2 Day. Departure to the ancient city of Plovdiv, an UNESCO monument. Accommodation in ****hotel.Plovdiv is known for it’s ancient history dating back since the 6th century BC. In the 4th century BC, became the capital of Northern Thrace. Visit to the Jumaya Mosque in the heart of old Plovdiv, a medieval Muslim temple. An active temple, a cultural monument. It was built in 1362 under Sultan Murad, it is the oldest mosque in Bulgaria, preserved in its authentic form. Lunch in the old part of the city and free time in Plovdiv. Dinner and overnight stay in Plovdiv.
Day 3. Breakfast and departure for the city of Aitos. Aitos is an old settlement founded by the Thracians. The remains of three towers and a medieval fortress date back to 650 BC. Accommodation in a**** hotel. Lunch in the old part of the city, Free time. Visiting the evening prayer and the mosque in Aytos - Sultan Bayazid Veli. The mosque was built in 1435 during the time of Sultan Murad II. The most remarkable features of this mosque are the unique minaret, the inner vault and original design and shape have been preserved to this day. Dinner and overnight stay in Aitos.
4 Day. Breakfast and departure for the city of Shumen. The oldest population in this area dates back to the Neolithic era - the second half of the 6th century BC. Accommodation in a **** hotel. Lunch. Visit to Tombul Mosque in Shumen. Its construction began in 1740 and ended in 1744. Free time. Attending the evening prayer. Dinner and overnight stay in Shumen.
