Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email with tour details will be sent after booking. Please ensure all information is accurate.
Angkor Temples Pass: A one-day Angkor Temples Pass ($37) is required for entry. You can purchase it directly at the entrance.
Pickup Details: The tour includes hotel pickup from your Siem Reap hotel at 4:00 AM. Please be ready in the lobby at least 10 minutes prior to departure.
Dress Code: Modest attire is required (shoulders and knees covered). Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking and temple exploration.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour.
Group Size: This is a shared group tour. Expect a small, intimate group experience.
Weather: The tour runs in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately for the climate.
The meeting point for the tour is your hotel lobby in Krong Siem Reap. Our driver and guide will arrive at your hotel to pick you up promptly at the scheduled time, which is typically 4:15 AM for sunrise tours. Please be ready in the lobby at least 10 minutes before departure. If your hotel is located outside the city center, kindly inform us in advance, as the pickup time may need to be adjusted to accommodate the distance. Our guide will greet you with a sign indicating the tour name. For any last-minute changes or if you're unsure about the location, you can reach us via WhatsApp or the provided contact details.
