Day 1: Arrival in Cusco – The Heart of the Andes

Highlight of the day: Explore the beautiful city of Cusco, the navel of the world.

Arrive in the enchanting Imperial City of Cusco (3,350 m / 11,151 ft), where our team will welcome you and assist with your transfer to your hotel. Spend the day exploring the city's historic downtown at your own pace while acclimating to the altitude.

Overnight: Cusco (Ayni Cusco Hotel*** or similar).

Day 2: Chinchero, Maras & Moray – A Glimpse of Incan Ingenuity

Highlight of the day: Explore the rich culture and advanced Incan engineering.

After breakfast, visit Chinchero, "The Town of the Rainbow," to discover its temple and Incan constructions. Participate in an alpaca wool weaving demonstration before heading to Moray, the agricultural terraces of the Incas, and the Maras Salt Mines, with over 3,000 salt wells used since pre-Inca times. End the day with a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu.

Day 3: Machu Picchu – The Lost City of the Incas

Highlight of the day: Discover and explore the iconic wonder of the world.

Wake up early for a short bus ride to Machu Picchu (2,430 m / 7,972 ft). Embark on a guided tour through the citadel's key sites, including the Temple of the Sun, Sacred Rock, and classic viewpoints. Enjoy free time to explore on your own or hike Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (optional - booking in advantage). After lunch, return to Cusco via train and private transport.

Day 4: Humantay Lake – A Turquoise Gem of the Andes

Highlight of the day: Experience the stunning turquoise waters of Humantay Lake.

Journey northwest to Mollepata for breakfast before trekking from Soraypampa (3,880 m / 12,729 ft) to the breathtaking Humantay Lake. Admire its vibrant turquoise waters surrounded by snow-capped peaks. After lunch, return to Cusco for an evening of relaxation.

Day 5: Rainbow Mountain – A Natural Wonder

Highlight of the day: Conquer the vibrant summit of Rainbow Mountain.

Set out early for a scenic drive through the Andean highlands. After breakfast near Cusipata, begin the trek to Rainbow Mountain (5,020 m / 16,466 ft). Marvel at the colorful landscapes and surrounding peaks before descending and enjoying lunch. Return to Cusco in the afternoon.

Day 6: Farewell Cusco – Departure

Highlight of the day: Relish your last moments in the magical city of Cusco.

Enjoy a free morning to relax or explore Cusco's charming streets before a transfer to the airport for your departure.
