• Please contact the activity provider 48-72 hours before your actual tour date to reconfirm your adventure and hotel pickup time or meeting point (for short term rentals)
• Your voucher must be presented for boarding the bus
• Please note that the published itinerary is merely a guideline of the flow of the day and that the logistics may alter the order of the tour and lunch experiences to best suit smooth operations on the day of your visit.
• Upon arrival, please go to our Customer Service Desk to present your ticket. After you have completed your e-waiver and you have been checked-in by a Customer Service Agent, you will receive a wristband for your tour and be directed over to the waiting area to await your tour guide. It is strongly recommended that you complete your e-waivers prior to your arrival in order to be directed to the fast-track line.
