Tambopata: Caiman Safari + Macaw Clay Lick 2 Days

Day 1: Airport Pick-up - Alligator Safari Pick up at the airport or bus station and board a boat from the Madre de Dios River to the lodge. Lodge. Upon arrival at the lodge, you will enjoy a local lunch. Hike through the primary and secondary forest. The hike will end at night, when you will be able to observe the nocturnal flora and fauna of the Amazon. Night safari to meet the alligators. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. DAY 2: Macaw Clay Lick - Kayaking At 3:00 am you will embark on an incredible boat trip to the largest macaw clay lick in the region "Chunchos", a trip of approximately 1:30h by boat. Upon arriving at the macaw clay lick, you will see hundreds of parrots of different species that go to eat clay. After the activity, you will return to the hostel to rest and then go kayaking.
