Prepare and cook some of Hue’s signature dishes, such as Banh Khoai (Vietnamese sizzling crepes), Nem Lui (lemongrass skewers), Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup), Banh Beo (steamed rice cakes), and Goi Cuon (fresh spring rolls).
