1. Booking confirmation
We'll reach out to confirm your pickup time and location.
You'll receive the car's license plate number at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup, making it easy to identify your ride.

2. Luggage & Passenger
- 4-seat car: From 1 - 3 pax + maximum 3 suitcases
- 7-seat car: From 1 - 5 pax + maximum 5 suitcases
- 16-seat van: From 1 - 10 pax + maximum 10 suitcases
*Standard suitcase size = 44cm x 66cm

3. Surcharge
To ensure fair compensation for our drivers and cover additional expenses, the following surcharges may apply:

+ Late-night/Early-morning Service: For trips starting before 6:00 AM or ending after 9:00 PM, a surcharge of VND 50,000 per hour will be collected in cash by the driver.

+ Pick-up point outside Hoi An Center (within 10km).

+ Below are some surcharges for popular hotels that require surcharge for pick-up/ drop-off points in Danang:
Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort Da Nang: VND 150,000/ USD 6
Mikazuki Japanese Resort & Spa: VND 50,000 or USD 2

+ Extra Pickups/Drop-offs: If you require additional pickup or drop-off locations beyond the original itinerary, an extra charge will apply. Your driver will provide you with a quote based on the specific location(s).
