In cases of low visibility or confusing 360 CHICAGO for another attraction; 360 CHICAGO will reschedule the guest's ticket for up to 1 calendar year, provided the ticket is not scanned.
Go to 875 N Michigan. Skip the ticket desk and present your barcoded voucher to security to be scanned. All customers must join the security line; extended waiting times are possible at busy times.
