Embark on a 3-day safari adventure in Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy a game drive, walking safari, and a boat cruise. Visit the Igongo cultural museum and transfer back to Kampala.

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park & Evening Game drive
After your arrival at the airport, be transferred to Lake Mburo National Park. Stop at the equator for refreshments and photos and then proceed with en-route lunch. Check in to the park and embark on an evening game drive.

Expect to view most of the wild animals such as zebras, impalas, elands, leopards, Topi, giraffes, and some bird species like the infamous fin foot, handsome francolin, and more. Check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Mburo Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Safari on foot/ walking safari & boat cruise
Enjoy a safari breakfast before the day breaks so that you can start your morning game walk as the sun comes up. Sunrise is the best time for wildlife spotting as animals tend to be the most active during the golden hours.

Embark on a 2-hour walking safari with the ranger tailored towards specific bird’s life and/or wildlife interests. Spot impalas, zebras, common Elands, Topi, and giraffes. Lake Mburo attracts a rich array of birds and animals including the infamous Fin foot, grey crown crane, and Handsome Francolin.

Explore game viewing on well-maintained tracks with the armed rangers. Return for lunch and later embark on the afternoon boat cruise. This activity is an incredible way to spot hippos, Nile crocodiles, kingfishers, African fish eagles, and fin foot.

Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Mburo Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Igongo cultural museum and transfer to Kampala
Enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee as you relax with the stunning view from the hill down the last savannah acacia landscape. Check out of your accommodation and transfer back to Kampala with en-route lunch at Igongo cultural museum. Finally, be transferred to Entebbe for your flight back home.
