Phuket: PADI 2-Day Basic Freediver Course Phuket: AIDA Freediving Courses 1 Star

This is the first level of AIDA courses. You will learn the basic theory of freediving, and how to prepare yourself for a breath-hold dive. It includes breathing, duck dive, finning, buddying and safety techniques.
To successfully complete the first Star of AIDA courses, you will have to perform a one minute fifteen second breath-hold and swim twenty-five meters underwater with fins.

At last but not least, your freediving experience will be eco-friendly. Support a current project which aims to protect the corals of Kata. All free divers are invited to discover and understand the program. Choose this course to support the Coral Reef Creation Project.
