-Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags are not accommodated.

-If hotels are located outside of the Pratunam, Silom, and Sukhumvit zones, there is a surcharge of ฿‎200.

-If the car breaks down during your journey, the driver will notify the operator, and the operator will arrange for another car or we will contact local transportation. The responsibility must be from the operator's side, there is no issue of refunds.
