Our Old Town Tour shows the of the Old Town in 1.5 hours. The Old Town of Stockholm is one of the best preserved medieval Old Towns in Europe today- something we are very proud of!
Welcome/Willkommen/Bienvenidos! The Old Town Walking Tour gives a quick summary of the Old Town in Stockholm in just 90 minutes. Meeting point is at the crossing between the alleys Storkyrkobrinken and Västerlånggatan 15 minutes prior to start. Your Stockholm Summer Tours guide will be wearing a visible vest.

We start walking along the main shopping street Västerlånggatan as we enjoy the historical architecture and buildings around us. We pass by the Viking restaurant Aifur and the narrowest street in Stockholm - Mårten Trotzig alley. Turning around towards the northern parts of the Old Town, we continue along Prästgatan ("Priest street") and later arrive at the main Market Square ("Stortorget").

The tour includes a visit to the Iron Boy, the smallest statue in Stockholm. Although Stockholm is considered the cashless society, remember to bring some coins to give the Iron Boy as it is considered luck! Around the corner we stop at the Royal Palace, next to the Stockholm Cathedral and the Governor's Palace. Here we enjoy a "Fika" before ending. After the tour your guide will stay around for a chat, hand out maps and happily help you with any recommendations, depending on what you might be looking for.
