There are three potential options to access to the dock for boarding:
1. Ramp access between the City Cruises Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe, but the steepness of ramp varies by season and water level.
2. Stair access is located to the right of Rio City Café.
3. Elevator access is located at the Delta King, but the activity provider does not operate this elevator and cannot guarantee its operation.
Paid public parking garages are available.
