Meet your guide at the Port of Valencia. Travel by private car to the City of the Arts and Sciences for a guided tour of this futuristic complex. Spend a leisurely hour learning the stories behind the structures and marveling at the exteriors of the modern buildings.
Next, travel to Valencia Old Town to discover the impressive history, architecture and culture of the city. Pass through Plaza de la Virgen and Mercado Central, the largest food market in Europe, and learn the stories and local legends of some of the old town’s most historic buildings.
Finish the tour in one of Valencia's most exclusive venues; an 11th Century monument that was part of the city's original walls. • Mercado Central is closed on Sundays so cruises that arrive on Sundays will not pass through the market.
Your guide will meet you at the Port of Valencia at 9AM in the main entrance of Terminal Trasmediterranea.
For the bigger ships, there is always a free "Yellow Shuttle Service" which takes you from where the ship arrives directly to the port entrance.
