The fantastically beautiful municipality of Binissalem on Mallorca is home to the fantastic Bodega Resident Wein, which welcomes wine connoisseurs and gourmets alike.

The hosts are absolute connoisseurs of the regional wine culture and present the wines with so much passion that you simply cannot resist the charm of Mallorcan wines. They also share interesting stories about the production and traditions of the region - a real highlight for all the senses! From wonderfully fresh white wines to aromatic rosés and powerful red wines - there is something for every palate to discover and enjoy!

We start with an exciting tour of the vineyard! You will learn all about the different vines and can taste the delicious grapes depending on the season.

Then it's off to the bodega. Here you will learn all about the production process and can taste the different grape varieties.

It's very informal here - it's a small bodega that produces exclusively by hand. Far away from the mainstream.
