We will invite you to activate your taste and sensory senses through different cupping elements and textures, so that you can appreciate and distinguish the characteristics of the diverse profiles of specialty coffees that we prepare using different extraction methods.

As you explore the flavors and textures of the coffees, you will develop basic sensory skills that will allow you to perceive and distinguish the different nuances in terms of body that coffee can offer.
