Explore the savannah park with big five animals in Africa
Early in the morning with our packed lunch, we shall leave Kigali at 5:00am and the journey will take us 2h30min to reach at the park reception. On our way, we shall have stop over for shopping some snacks and coffee at Imigongo art and after shopping, we shall continue our journey. On our arrival at the park reception, they will check the payment and passport. Later after that is when we shall be ready to start our adventure game drive which will take us between 6 hours and 9 hours. It’s always amazing to spend time enjoying the beautiful view of Lakes, rolling hills, animal viewing and landscapes of the park.
During our game drive, we shall be able to see Zebra, Baboons, Bushbuck, Reedbuck, Antelopes, Monkey, hippopotamus, Nile crocodile, Topi, Waterbuck, Giraffe, etc.
And also, Akagera Nationap Park has big five which are; lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and buffalo. We don’t promise our clients to see them but we do our best to spot them because most of the time are hidden in the bushes and the park management does not allow us to go off-road. On this point, we have the slogan which says that’’ conservation is life’’.
This will be your great experience and we promise you to make unforgettable memories of the park game drive and also shall pass to the picnic area for relaxing and having our packed lunch where we shall be viewing the lake Mihindi.
Akagera National Park is a lovely and natural beautiful park which is located in the low altitude of Rwanda and it is dominated scenically by the labyrinth of swamps and lakes that follow the meandering course of the Akagera River on the border with Tanzania. On our way, we shall across at the herds of Impala, Elephants and Buffalo emerge from the woodland to drink at the lake. our last stop will be at Kirara plain where most of mammals of the park can be easily seen including Giraffes, Impala, Zebra, Cape Eland, Topis, and Warthogs etc…. and later, we shall return back to Kigali. We expect to be in Kigali at around 7:00pm.
