From Lisbon: Evora Private Day Trip with Wine Tasting

Following a pick-up from your hotel in Lisbon, transfer by private vehicle to Evora. Admire the Tagus River Bay while crossing the Ponte Vasco da Gama (17 km long), one of the longest bridges in Europe.

After a walk in the city, visit São Francisco church and the famous Chapel of Bones, Capela dos Ossos. The bones from the overflowing graveyards were used as part of the decoration of this small creepy chapel. Even the inscription on the entrance is ghoulish: "We bones await yours".

Later visit most famous tourist site of Evora, the Roman Temple. The temple regarded as the best-preserved roman structure on the Iberian Peninsula. 

After lunch, enjoy a wine degustation with cheese and olives from this region before returning to Lisbon, by the Vasco da Gama Bridge, longest bridge in Europe. Enjoy the great view over the beautiful city of Lisbon.
