Travel the famous Ruta del Sol from Puno to Cusco, exploring wonderful places in southern Peru such as Andahuaylillas, Raqchi and Pukara, an unforgettable experience!
It is said that it is essential to travel the famous Ruta del Sol in southern Peru, a journey that captivates with its history, landscapes and gastronomy. We will meet at Jiron Tacna and depart for Pukara, where we will explore its legacy and the emblematic clay bulls. Then, we will make a stop at La Raya pass, at more than 4,300 meters above sea level, to take pictures.
We will enjoy a buffet lunch before visiting the archaeological site of Raqchi and the remains of the ancient temple of the god Wiracocha. Afterwards, we will head to Andahuaylillas to admire the church of San Pedro Apostle, known as the Sistine Chapel of America. After eleven hours of hiking, we will drop you off at your hotel in Cusco.
