Tambopata 4 Days/3 Nights

Embark on a memorable journey through the Tambopata National Reserve, located in the center of the Amazon.
DAY 1
We will take care of your transfer from the airport or bus station to our offices, where you will receive detailed information about the excursion. You will be able to use the Internet facilities and bathrooms, and you will find nearby restaurants to enjoy breakfast before starting your adventure.
At 9 in the morning, we will take you to the port to embark on a 50-minute boat trip along the Madre de Dios River until you reach the lodge. After checking into our rooms (single, double or triple), you will have free time to relax in the hammocks or in the pool before the first activity, which will take place after lunch.
After lunch, you will have the opportunity to fish in the river, followed by an exciting night excursion where we will search for alligators and explore trails to observe nocturnal wildlife. We will return to the accommodation for dinner.

DAY 2
We will explore Lake Sandoval, located in the Tambopata National Reserve, which offers an unparalleled experience to observe nature in its natural habitat. We will also learn about various plant species, many of which are used for medicinal purposes. We will enjoy lunch within the reserve and dinner at our accommodation.

DAY 3
Today we will visit the "Parrot Clay Lick", a clay wall next to the river where various species of parrots come every morning in search of minerals to complement their diet. Afterwards, we will return to the accommodation for lunch and then head to an organic farm through a botanical trail. Dinner will be served at the accommodation.

DAY 4
The day will begin early, at 5:30 am, with an exciting activity: a tour through the forest canopy that will allow us to contemplate the jungle from about 30 meters high. From the elevated platforms, we will enjoy panoramic views of the Madre de Dios River and observe birds such as toucans and macaws.
After breakfast, a fun and challenging activity will await us: a zip line 30 meters above the ground between the trees! Then, we will return to the lodge for lunch and rest.
In the afternoon, we will visit Monkey Island on the Madre de Dios River and we will have the opportunity to kayak. Later, we will return to the accommodation to prepare for transportation back to Puerto Maldonado, with arrival scheduled between 4:30 and 5:00 pm.
