Lima: Guided Photography Tour

We will meet at 9:30 a.m. in front of the La Virgen Milagrosa Parish, in the heart of the Miraflores neighborhood. Ready to learn how to photograph the most beautiful corners of Lima? Let us begin!

With camera in hand we will go to the Metropolitan station, where we will take a bus that will take us to the historic center of Lima. In addition to learning about the surprising history of the capital of Peru, the expert photography guide will give us the keys to capture the best angles of the city streets.

We will pose in the Plaza Mayor and Plaza San Martín and we will continue discovering Lima by approaching the Monastery of San Francisco. After photographing this emblematic place, we will go inside to discover the catacombs. They were hidden until 1943!

After discovering these underground passageways, you'll have an hour of free time to recharge your batteries at one of the restaurants in downtown Lima on your own. With the batteries charged, we will put our eyes back on the camera lens to continue photographing charming places, such as the Central Market.

And, of course, we couldn't finish the tour without passing through Lima's Chinatown or without marveling at the colorful Barranco neighborhood. You won't want to stop immortalizing its bohemian style! Next, we will take a bus again to the port of Chorrillos, ideal for photographing the locals who go out fishing every day.

Finally, we will ascend a small hill to get the best views of the city. Click click! With these last snapshots we will finish the tour at 4:30 p.m. with Lima at our feet.
