Discover the magic of Lima on a fascinating walking tour that will take you from the iconic Plaza San Martín to the mysterious Catacombs of the Convent of San Francisco.
Our tour begins in Miraflores, where we will take the public bus most used by the people of Lima. We will cross the city by bus, seeing different districts and parts of the city, including the national stadium, and then head to the historic center of Lima. We will get off at Plaza San Martín, the starting point of our walk, to admire the architecture and colonial buildings that surround this emblematic square. From there, we will walk along Jirón de la Unión, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the city, until we reach Plaza Mayor. At this point, we will learn about the history of the Cathedral of Lima, the Government Palace, and the Municipal Palace. We will continue to the Convent of Santo Domingo and end at the Church of San Francisco, where we will visit its famous catacombs. Finally, we will return to Miraflores by bus, culminating a tour full of history and culture. All of this with the company of our specialized guide.
