From Lima: Ballestas Islands, Huacachina, and Wine Tour

Depart from Lima and head to the Paracas pier for a boat tour of the Ballestas Islands. Afterward, head to Ica for lunch and a wine and pisco tasting. Finally, head to the Huacachina Oasis for a dune buggy and sandboarding experience.

Depart from Lima at 5:00 AM and head to the Paracas pier around 9:30 AM. After passing through the checkpoint, board the boats for a 2-hour adventure exploring the vibrant marine life around the Ballestas Islands.

Begin with a visit to the sand figure known as "El Candelabro," where your guide will share intriguing theories about its origin and significance. Then, continue sailing around the islands, surrounded by abundant wildlife, including sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and various seabirds—perfect for capturing memorable photos.

Following the boat tour, head to Ica for about an hour, where you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch and partake in a local wine and pisco tasting at a restaurant and winery. Afterward, make your way to the Huacachina Oasis.

Upon arrival, hop on dune buggies to explore the vast sand dunes, followed by the exhilarating experience of sandboarding down them. After this thrilling adventure, you’ll have time to wander around the oasis, take pictures, and even do some shopping.

At 5:30 PM, begin the return journey to Lima, expected to arrive around 10:30 PM at the pickup point, wrapping up this exciting day of exploration and adventure. If you prefer to stay in Huacachina for further travel, just let the guide know after your dune buggy and sandboarding experience.
