Arequipa: Full day excursion to the Colca Canyon

An exceptional tour that allows us to explore Arequipa's main attraction: a deep canyon, the majestic flight of the condor, communities with rich traditional culture and relaxing hot springs.
Itinerary:

02:30 - 03:00 AM: Beginning of the tour with the pick up of the passengers at the different hotels. The tour begins in the direction of Yura. The trip will go directly to the Cruz del Condor, with a single stop for breakfast.

08:30 AM: Arrival at the Cruz del Condor, where you will appreciate one of the deepest canyons in the world and the condor sanctuary. This is the ideal spot to observe the majestic flight of the condor and enjoy breathtaking views.

Visits in the Colca Canyon:

Pinchollo, Maca and Yanque villages: Stop to explore these villages with their beautiful colonial churches.
Viewpoints of Antahuilque and Choquetico: Stop to observe the pre-Inca tombs and models, as well as the Colca landscape with its impressive terraces.
Local Culture: Appreciation of typical costumes, camelids and trained birds. You will also be able to taste traditional drinks such as the Colca Sour, made in Sancayo.
11:30 AM: Visit the thermal baths of Chacapi. Enjoy these wells with natural views and relax in a serene environment.

12:30 PM: Lunch in Chivay, with a buffet of typical food. You will have approximately one hour to enjoy your meal.

13:30 PM: Return to Arequipa. On the way back to Arequipa:

Volcano viewpoint: Stop at the highest point at 4,910 meters above sea level.
Tocrapampa Wetlands: Observe the diversity of wild birds, as well as herds of alpacas and llamas.
Pampa Cañahuas: Sighting of herds of vicuñas, part of the National Reserve of Aguada Blanca and Salinas, known for their fine fiber.
17:30 PM (approx.): Arrival in Arequipa and end of the tour.
