Wadi Shab & Bimmah Sinkhole & Wadi Arbaeen

Wadi Shab is a hidden treasure that offers a unique experience for nature lovers and explorers. Walking through the wadi with various scenic views and nature interruptions is a MUST-EXPERIENCE.
The tour starts with an off-road drive to wadi Arbaeen which lasts for 1 hour then a photostop of Bimma sinkhole.
The tour continues to Wadi Shab which is a memorable experience which starts with a hike of 50 minutes and other 50 minutes for the way back. Once reached the beginning of the pools you will be required to swim for 15 minutes approx between deep and shallow waters. There will be a lunch break at the end.

1 Hour minutes from Muscat to wadi Arbaeen
1 Hour in Wadi Arbaeen
10 minutes from Wadi Arbaeen to Bimmah sinkhole
30 minutes from Bimmah Sinkhole to Wadi Shab
50 minutes hike to reach the pool and 50 minutes to go back.
1.5 hours from Wadi Shab to Muscat.


IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The tour is suitable ONLY to physically fit people who can walk easily.
2. Any client with walking disability is NOT ACCEPTED.
3. The tourist might experience tough paths, Rocks, High temperatures, narrow pathways, ups and downs, slippery areas or wet areas, muddy areas and etc.
4. The tour is a guided tour and the guide accompanies the tourists till the pools but the tourists continue swimming without a guide which is very simple for those who know how to swim.
5. The tour can be cancelled in bad climate conditions with 100% refund. Cancellation decided by the guide.
6. The Wadi is in an isolate area, as such, the restaurant is ordinary small restaurant but offers decent local food.

Recommendations;
1. Bring suitable shoes that can resist wet, slippery, muddy and some areas with shallow water and base of stones as they could hurt for barefeet walkers.
2. Bring a Towel and a backpack where you can put some water for the path as you might feel thirsty. You might bring some food or fruits with you as well.
3. No life-jackets are provided by our end. Normally they are rented at Wadi unless any unusual conditions.
4. You might bring something to cover your head from heat.
