A bit cold outside? Why not pamper yourself with a relaxing day at Tromsøbadet! Experience Arctic wellness & Nordic bathing, as you take in the panorama views!
Take in the panorama views from our heated outdoor pool and wellness area. Heat up in our hot Finnish sauna and steam bath. Finish off with a refreshing dip in our plunge pool, if you dare!
For active swimmers, our olympic size pool with diving facilities up to 10-meters is just the right thing.
A wave machine, paddling pool and exciting water slides wil keep the kids occupied. In the evening, join us for some arctic wellness, nordic bathing and sauna culture, after doors have closed to the public.
Who knows, if you are lucky you may even catch a glimpse of the aurora from our heated outdoor pool.
Included: Access to the bathing and swimming facilities
Please bring: Swimwear, towel, soap, and shampoo. Guests will need an extra towel for the sauna.
Duration: You can stay as long as you like within the opening hours.

How to reach-
By car-
Parking
There are 100 parking spaces outside Tromsøbadet. Disabled and electric car parking is included. In addition, there is parking outside the Gymnasium and between Tromsøbadet and Tromsøhallen. It is also possible to park at Fløyahallen.

By Bus-
Routes 20 and 24 stop at Dramsvegen (Templarheimen). The walk from the bus stop to Tromsøbadet takes approx. 5-10 min.
Bicycle-
There are 84 spaces in the bicycle shed directly outside the entrance. Remember to bring your own lock. Bicycle carts must be placed outside the shed.
Ski-
In winter, you can take your skis and park them in a lockable ski rack. Locks for the stand can be bought in the swimming shop. There is room for 108 pairs of skis here.
