Travel to one of the many locations we have explored in advance to get the best possible view of the Northern Lights. We are flexible and we know our way around.

Our dedicated, German-speaking and, above all, local guides lead our Northern Lights in Focus tour in small groups with a maximum of 18 participants per group.

Let's go on the journey! North, south, east or west - depending on where the conditions are most favorable on the day in question. This refers in particular to the very different local weather conditions, which are often a little different behind every mountain and behind every fjord. In any case, we head out into nature, to where it is dark and the sky is free of light pollution and, if possible, free of clouds.

Strictly speaking, we are not looking for the auroras, but we are looking with you for the place where there is the greatest chance of actually seeing the auroras. As a rule of thumb: where you can see stars, you have the best chance of observing auroras. And it is precisely this (magical) place - yes, precisely this place - that we would like to search for with you - and of course find!

Our local knowledge, our understanding of wind and weather and our flexibility in choosing the best location are the key to your experience, as they increase your chances of experiencing the Northern Lights in their full splendor many times over.

Once we arrive at our destination - perhaps a remote fjord - we make ourselves comfortable around the campfire, snuggle up in warm thermal overalls and wait patiently for the show to begin. We serve homemade soup, home-baked cookies, hot chocolate and tea.

Photos! ... oh yes! We pay special attention to photography on our Northern Lights in Focus tour. Our selected guides are also experienced, professional photographers. During this tour, your guide will take numerous photos with their professional photo equipment, including portraits of each of our guests - ideally with the Northern Lights in the background, of course. Your guide will be happy to look over your shoulder and advise you on the right settings for your camera. The best pictures, selected by your guide according to your professional requirements, will be sent to you after the tour in medium resolution as a souvenir.

Natural phenomena are not made to order. We take our time, are local and flexible. Despite all our preparation and commitment, we cannot guarantee that you will see the Northern Lights during our tour.
