Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu

Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2800) and trek to Phakding (2600m)
Depart early for the airport, fly to Lukla, and embark on a 3-hour trek to Phakding with a skilled guide. Stay overnight at a guesthouse with a bed and breakfast option.
Day 3: Namche Bazaar Trek
Embark on your journey to Namche Bazaar, located at 3,535 meters, and enjoy an overnight stay at a guesthouse, with breakfast included.
Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Flight and permit fees are subject to change. These fees need to be paid in cash in Kathmandu.
Flights between Kathmandu - Lukla or vice versa can be delayed or cancelled due to bad weather. Thus, it's highly advised to take some buffer days.
You can buy or rent a sleeping or down jacket in Kathmandu (assistance will be provided if needed)
Look for a whiteboard or paper with your name on it just outside your exit gate in the airport terminal hall. If you don't find your name there, you can call the phone number on your activity voucher. Sometimes in exceptional cases, if you don't see someone waiting for you at the airport or cannot get in contact via mobile phone, please take a cab and ask the driver to take you to the Kathmandu Suite Home hotel, where your room is booked. The activity provider will reimburse you for the taxi and will meet you at the hotel.
