As you take-off from the chaos of Kathmandu and descend towards the airstrip at Lukla, you will have the very first view of the mighty mountains of Everest region. As you touch down, you will come face-to-face with a gigantic reality of life – that you've finally arrived at the heart of the legendary Khumbu region. This is the same region where the echoes of Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay are still evident all around. Out of the airport, as you finally begin the trek with your guide, you will feel the heart racing in anticipation of this iconic trip to Everest Base Camp.

This trek is as much a journey of self-discovery, as it is of wanderlust and lifetime memories. As you pass through rhododendron forests and raging rivers, you will see picturesque Sherpa villages perched on almost vertical landscapes.
