After a short stay in the valley, take a scenic drive along the countryside to Betrawati, where the trek starts. The initial part of the trek goes through the foothills and lowland farms before heading towards the high-altitude Tamang villages. The trail traverses unspoiled valleys, cuts through beautiful pine forests, and crosses several high passes.

As you head up to Shing La Pass (4200m) and Pasang La pass (4100m), you will be accompanied by the stunning views of Ganesh Himal (7,422 m), Hiunchuli (6,441 m), Langtang Himal (7,227 m), and many other mountain peaks. Along with the views of the Ganesh Himal range, you also get to see wildlife like wild monkeys, Himalayan Thar, and Musk deer.
