Embark on a challenging trek to Makalu Base Camp in the eastern Himalayas of Nepal, stunning views of Mt. Makalu, the fifth-highest peak in the world, & spot red pandas, snow leopards, & black bears.
Embark on an exhilarating journey that spans around 14-20 days, covering approximately 150 kilometers (93.2 miles) round trip. Trek through the Makalu Barun National Park, a remote and pristine area in the eastern Himalayas of Nepal.

Discover diverse landscapes, including terraced farmland, rhododendron forests, granite cliffs, hanging glaciers, and magnificent waterfalls. Keep an eye out for red pandas, snow leopards, and black bears.

Enjoy stunning views of Mt. Makalu (8,463m), the fifth-highest peak in the world. The trek involves high mountain passes and undulating trails, making it physically demanding but incredibly rewarding.

The trek includes additional rest days to aid acclimatization, as there are significant altitude gains.

Day-1: Arrival Transfer
Day-2: Fly Kathmandu to Tumlingtar and drive to Sedhuwa
Day-3: Sedhuwa to Tashigaon
Day-4: Tashigoan to Kauma
Day-5: Kauma to Mumbuk
Day-6: Mumbuk to Nehe Kharka
Day-7: Nehe Kharka to Shershon
Day-8: Acclimatization
Day-9: Shershon to Makalu Base Camp
Day-10: Explore Makalu Base Camp
Day-11: Makalu Base Camp to Shipton La Camp
Day-12: Shipton La Camp to Sedhuwa
Day-13: Sedhuwa to Mure
Day-14: Mure to Tumlintar and fly back to Kathmandu
Day-15: Final Departure
