We will meet at the meeting point and then take public transportation to visit La Merced neighborhood. In La Merced we will walk through the corridors and have a traditional Mexican breakfast (Quesadillas with or without cheese, Tlacoyos or Gorditas) after that you will have the chance to taste different kinds of moles, fruits, vegetables and the best tacos in town.

We will also venture into the aisles dedicated to medicinal plants, magical objects and other diverse elements that demonstrate the syncretism of beliefs and practices that exist in Mexico.

For the finale, we will take public transportation and visit the San Juan Market, which specializes in gourmet and exotic foods. Here at our lodging in the market we will taste grasshoppers and mezcal.
