Day 2: Draa Valley – Tichka – Marrakech


your driver/guide will pick you up directly from your accommodation in marrakech around 8 am and drive through the route passes through valleys and deserts allowing you to enjoy spectacular views from the atlas mountains. we will go through the tizi n’tichka, a pass at an altitude of 2,260 meters: the highest pass in north africa and it has become famous for the breathtaking view it offers. halfway, you will benefit from a free visit to the famous kasbah ait ben haddou, a fortified city classified as a unesco world heritage Site.

Lunch in a local restaurant overlooking the kasbah, and then we will continue our journey towards draa valley, next stop will be in draa valley for some beautiful pictures. continue to reach the palm grove of zagora and after a welcome tea, you will start a new adventure in a camel caravan trek to the desert camp where you will spend an unforgettable night under Berber tents. Dinner will be served in the camp and enjoy moments with a Berber music show that will animate your evening.
