Upon booking, provide your full flight details and your preferred pickup time. If you do not provide a pickup time, the driver will wait for 90 minutes from your flight's touch down.

Provide a contactable contact number or at least one social networking app like WhatsApp or WeChat for easy communication. If your hotel is not in the city center or not within the service area, the booking might be canceled.

The number of travelers and the quantity of luggage can't be more than the vehicle capacity, otherwise the booking will be canceled. The driver will contact you in advance to double confirm booking details and vehicle details.

Any changes of pickup time and pickup address must be informed to the operator 4 hours prior to your original booking. Changes made less than 4 hours will not be attended to. This only applies to flight delays and is subject to driver availability.

Airport waiting hours are 90 minutes (free). Outside airport waiting hours are 30 minutes (free). Pets are not allowed on board.
