This master class offers you a unique opportunity to learn the secret recipe of water pretzels, a cherished delicacy from the Baltic Sea region. Guided by our experienced master class leader, you’ll embark on a culinary journey that spans centuries.

The experience begins with a warm welcome and a brief history of water pretzels, setting the stage for the hands-on activity. You'll start by kneading the white bread dough, feeling its texture transform under your fingers. Once the dough is ready, you'll shape it into the iconic pretzel form.

Next, experience the traditional cooking process as you boil your pretzel in salt water. Watch as it transforms, taking on a glossy finish. After boiling, it's time to bake. Your pretzel will spend time in the oven, developing a perfect golden-brown crust.

While the pretzels bake, you'll have the chance to relax and enjoy the cozy atmosphere, perhaps sharing stories and techniques with fellow participants. Once baked, the pretzels are sprinkled with a mix of salt, cumin, and seeds, enhancing their flavor and aroma.
