Depart Nairobi at 8.30am after breakfast. The journey takes you Northwest of the city of Nairobi to the Great Rift Valley Floor. Along the way you make a special stop at a viewpoint to enjoy panorama views of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment.
Crescent Island Game Park is located on Lake Naivasha, Kenya in the Great Rift Valley. It is simply one of the most beautiful parks in Kenya, often called Naivasha's best kept secret. It is private, secure and patrolled by guides who can accompany anyone who wishes a for guided walk.
In the afternoon we take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha. This is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus is almost 13 km’s across. Giraffes wander among the acacia, buffalo wallow in the swamps and colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the Lakes large hippo populations sleep the day out in the shallows.
