Enjoy cooking and savoring Wagyu beef and 7 Japanese dishes from appetizer to dessert! Wagyu is a world-famous word nowadays. “Wa” means Japan(ese), and “Gyu” means beef.
During this class, using various method of cooking, you will cook 8 admired dishes, included a Wagyu main dish. Also, you will get to experience what it’s like to make a traditional Japanese meal with seasonal ingredients which have a range of colors, textures, and flavors. Friendly local instructors are around you to assist sharing tips and culture that accompany every dish. Afterwards, enjoy what you have prepared and taste of juicy delicate Wagyu beef.
