• Until further notice, entrance inside St. Mark’s Basilica is not possible due to ongoing restoration work. Tours will visit the basilica's Terrace and its Museum instead
• This is a shared gondola (up to 5 passengers for each gondola)
• Infants up to 1 year can ride for free only if seated on a parent's lap
• No refund is available for no-shows or late arrivals. The tour operates in the rain. In high tides or heavy rain, the tour might be canceled with a full refund provided
• The ride could last less than 30-minutes depending on how busy the canals are
• Please note that entrance to the Venice Museums is allowed only with the Green Pass and ID (except for minors under 12 years of age). Customers who cannot show a Green Pass and ID upon entry to the Basilica will not receive a refund
• You will enter the Basilica on the ground floor with the guide and then visit the upper floor with the Museum and the terrace
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
