- Due to extremely limited tickets to Dungeons, it's difficult to secure physical tickets close to the tour date. Please book as early as possible
- You must provide the full name of each guest at the time of booking. We cannot secure your physical tickets until we receive the name of each guest in your booking
-You must bring a valid ID to the Colosseum which matches the names of your reservation. Failure to bring a valid ID matching the names on your booking will result in the refusal of entry to the Colosseum by the entrance guards
Meet at the Arch of Constantine. Go to the corner of the Arch, furthest away from the Colosseum. The tour coordinators will be holding a white and blue sign that says "Atlas Tours" at the meeting point. Call, text, or whatsapp our number on the booking voucher if you're having problems locating the meeting point.
For peace of mind and to reduce chances of getting lost, please aim to be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Our tour coordinators will arrive 10 minutes before the tour time, holding an "Atlas Tours" sign.
