It is important to provide the names of all the participants mentioning the adults, children (6-17) and infants separately.
Due to new Colosseum safety policies, the entrance for the Colosseum itself is valid 15 minutes before or after the time specified on the ticket. You can visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill for 24 hours starting from your booking time. This is an open entrance which is valid for one use.
The activity provider is obliged to comply with safety measures, force majeure decisions, and availability limitations issued by the authorities overseeing these historical locations, and therefore they reserve the right to move or cancel bookings to do so. However, they will try their best to accommodate your needs in the eventuality of a schedule change.
Your entry ticket will be delivered personally by a staff member who will also answer any of your questions and will lead you to the entrance. Please meet your host at the Arch of Constantine, just between this monument and the Colosseum. Look for a purple flag or a purple umbrella.
