You will be welcomed in an authentic Amalfi farmhouse, overlooking the upper part of the Amalfi Coast. This farm has a breathtaking view of the southern part of the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Salerno. This farm has been cared for for centuries by one of the oldest dynasties on the Amalfi Coast, the Acampora family. This farm has also been a place of inspiration for many poets, including Salvatore Di Giacomo, who while resting in this heavenly place wrote the famous Neapolitan poem "Luna d'Agerola", this is one of the first dialect texts in the Neapolitan language. From this derives the name of the farm, which today is called "Luna d'Agerola".
During the experience the chef Giovanni will teach you how to prepare fresh pasta, using the old family recipe and having fun together! We will make two famous kinds of italian pasta: ravioli and tagliatelle. The ravioli are made with a basic staff: mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese. You will also learn how to make the sauce for the pasta. All the ingriedients we use in the lesson are from the gardens of the farm. When you will cook, you will taste our homemade wine, made from the grapes of our wineyard. Finally, you will taste all the organic products, which we have prepared, and you will savor the true taste of Italian cuisine! We will also show you the farm, and the breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast!
