• Unfortunately, this tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities
• For the visit of the Basilica suitable clothing is required (no shorts)
• Due to security reason, it's not permitted to enter the Basilica with luggage or big bags
• On Sundays, the visit takes place from the top of the Basilica due to the Holy Mass
• You should receive, by email, the QR code and instructions to the active mobile app by 10:00 AM the day after booking. You will be able to contact our local partners for assistance
• The app won’t use up any data connection after the installation as it runs on GPS only
• The visit is always monolingual
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned

All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
Meet your guide at the Venice Tours Assistance Point. With the Piazza San Marco and the arches of Museo Correr behind you and the Poste Italiane (Post Office) in front of you, look to the left and you will see a big grey newsstand (with lots of souvenirs and newspapers). The newsstand is between the Fendi Boutique and Poste Italiane (Post Office).
