From Agra: Varanasi 2-Day Tour with Train Tickets

Spend two days exploring the sights of Varanasi without having to worry about getting lost in its meandering lanes, on this private tour of the city. Day 1:
Early in the morning, meet your driver at your location in Agra and proceed to the Agra cant station to board your superfast Vande Bharat Train in Executive Class. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful view and breakfast. Upon arrival, your driver will show you a placard so you can easily find him and proceed to your hotel.

After checking in, take some rest and meet your driver and tour guide in the hotel lobby, proceed to Sarnath, where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. This is known in this Buddhist world as Dharma-Chakra Parivartana. Visit the Main temple and see the fresco work followed by excavated ruins and the museum (closed on Friday).

Enjoy the Evening Ceremony Aarti on the Ghat, which starts after sunset. Walk on the ghat, chanting mantras, and offering flower prayers into the holy Ganga river. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 2:
Early in the morning, be picked up from your hotel and visit Subha-e-Banaras on Assi Ghat. Walk through the streets and enjoy the sunrise along with a boat ride. Afterward, return to your hotel for breakfast.

In the afternoon, check out of your hotel and explore the city. After finishing the morning tour, your guide will take you to see the Cremation ground, a very old and hallowed site since Parvati earning recent, dating perhaps to the 18th century.

After exploring Varanasi city, drive to Varanasi railway station. Board your superfast Vande Bharat train at 3:00 PM from Varanasi to Agra or Varanasi to Delhi. Sit back and enjoy your Indian train ride with dinner. Upon arrival, your driver will meet you at the train station and drop you off at your location.
