Bajda - E - Banaras (Xplor Benares on a Double Decker Boat)

This is a 3-4 Hours tour on a double decker boat popularly called BAJDA locally. You will have a real feeling of the character of this cultural city, by exploring different aspects of Indian Culture.
This is a 3 to 4 Hours long tour.

We will be starting in the morning before sunrise, so that we can welcome rising sun from our Bajda, with a healthy activity.

In this tour we will do 3 different activities each of about 1 hour.

1st HOUR -
Varanasi / Benares is actually the birthplace of Yoga, which is a part of AYURVEDA.
Ayurveda is one of the faces of the cultural richness of this city.
There cannot be anything better than starting the day with a physical and mental exercise to keep our body and mind fit.
In 1st hour we will start with a healthy habit to keep ourself fit. It will be a Yoga Sessioon in proper guidance of a YOGA INSTRUCTOR, on board a double decker boat (Bajda).
We will welcome rising sun with our position of SUN SALUTATION which is a set of 12 different yoga positions.
We will try to understand yoga and will do some positions as per your comfortable level with yoga teacher.

2nd HOUR-
This will be a relaxing session when we will experience another face of Varanasi, in the second part of this tour.
The city of Varanasi has been designated as the HERITAGE CITY OF MUSIC by world renowned organization UNESCO.
In this second tour we will experience and enjoy a classical Music and Dance performance on the boat itself.
There will be dance performance of Classical dance of INDIA known as KATHAK, which will be accompanied by musicians on different classical music instruments.

3rd HOUR -
After keeping your body and mind active through Yoga and meditation and then relaxing it through music and dance, now is the time to dive deep into Indian Philosophy.
You will meet your expert on INDIAN PHILOSOPHY who will give a small lecture of about 1 Hour on INDIAN PHILOSOPHY.
Indian Philosophy is a very diverse and deep area of study, it not only include HINDU PHllOSOPHY but also include ISLAMIC, BUDDHIST, JAIN & SIKH PHILOSOPHY.
It is very tough to cover it in a short time but we are trying to cover the major things of all different philosophies in this 1 hour lecture.
