You will also get to shop for items such as Shea butter, black soap, cocoa butter, traditional sponge, beads, and textiles among others.
Discover the oldest suburb of the city at Jamestown which comes in British, Brazilian and Dutch Accra. Other iconic monuments here include the Jamestown Lighthouse, Chief's Palace, Fort James where Kwame Nkrumah was incarcerated in 1950 for declaring Positive action strike as a result of the failure of the then British administration to set Ghana's independence into motion. Also visit the Brazilian Lane where returnee slaves from Brazil have stayed since their arrival in the 19th century and the Dutch Ussher Fort.
Continue to the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum which has a museum, tomb and monuments in respect of Ghana's first president and the African of the Millennium in the Person of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

Arrive at the Black Star Square and climb to the top of the icon of Accra and Ghana which was built to mark Ghana's independence. Take memorable pictures on top of this monument which also gives you a bird-eye view of the city.
End your tour as you explore the 28th February Monuments, the Castle Gardens and visit the Christianborg Castle at Osu. Built by the Danish in 1661, it became a slave Castle and subsequently, Ghana's seat of government since the British used it in 1877.
