With lots of fun and a glass of sparkling wine, you will learn how to spread and decorate a cake perfectly with buttercream. Let's party!
Together with master confectioner Mona Warnecke, you will conjure up a super fancy piping cake. The workshop will take place in small groups at the Vanilla Instinct patisserie in Ritterhude (near Bremen). You will be provided with a rental apron, a turntable, piping bag and everything else you need to create the perfect cake decoration. The basic cake will be prepared for you so that you can start decorating straight away. At the end you will receive a certificate of participation and can of course take your work of art home with you!
On 09.02.25 we will design a heart-shaped cake for Valentine's Day.
On 30.03.25 we will design a round cake with a disco theme.
