Children 1-14 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. We recommend that one of the parents sit with a small child in the sledge for the child’s safety
If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability)
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You are required to bring and wear a mask
Please wait in the hotel lobby 30 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Check your email one day before the activity in order to know the pick-up time of your tour. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
