Discover the Manuel Antonio National Park with a local guide. Go in search of the park's resident wildlife and learn about the area from an experienced naturalist.
Meet your guide at the meeting point (Supermarket Joseth, right before the national Park Enteance) and embark on a guided trek along the forest trails. Look for sloths, iguanas, bats, snakes, monkeys, frogs, toucans, and much more as you walk.
Benefit from the knowledge of a local naturalist as they spot creatures you may otherwise have missed. In addition, your guide will use a high-definition spotting scope and take great pictures which they'll share with you after the tour.
Your tour ends at one of the world’s best beaches, Manuel Antonio Beach, the perfect spot to unwind or go for a swim at the end of your guided hiking experience in Manuel Antonio National Park.
Important: this is a guided tour service, national park entrance ticket is not included on this activity. You have to buy it on the only and official website of the national park: https://serviciosenlinea.sinac.go.cr/
Plastic water bottles and food are not allowed to enter the park.
In high season (December to April), the entrance tickets get sold out fast. Please buy yours with at least 3 to 7 days of anticipation. In low season (may to November) one day before is good.
Please arrive 5 or 10 minutes before the tour. Other people in the group don’t have to wait for you, we will wait 10 minutes and then start the activity.
Our meeting point is outside the closest parking (Parking Chalo), there is no official parking of the national park. All are private and all around $10.
It is very easy to get there in public transportation, ask your guide if you need any information on WhatsApp or on the booking email contact.

The national park is closed on Tuesdays
The park opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 4:00 PM
No plastic is allowed within the park. This includes plastic water bottles, wrappers, ziploc bags, etc.
If you want to wear bug spray, please apply it at your hotel before coming to the park as it is not allowed inside the park
Food is not allowed in the park because of the monkeys. However, there is a coffee shop inside the park where you can purchase something to eat or drink
Your guide will share the pictures they take with you after the tour. The pictures will be sent via airdrop, WhatsApp, or email
