• Guests need to have a minimum height of 112 cm (44 inches, approx. 6 years old) for the Wet Jet and 102 cm (40 inches, approx. 4 years old) for the Jet Dome (Dry Tour)
• Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip departure to check in and attend a mandatory safety orientation
• This tour takes place rain or shine
• Passengers younger than 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
• Only hats, glasses, and water-proof cameras should be brought on the Wet Jet tour
• Cameras and small bags are permitted on the Jet Dome tour
• Backless footwear (ie. flip flops) is not recommended. Footwear is available for purchase on site.
• This tour takes place on the lower Niagara River and does not go up to the Falls

Meet at Queenston Dock, Ontario, located a 15-minute drive from Niagara Falls, Ontario. Free parking is available on site. Aim to arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
