Cook with a Michelin-star trained chef during a hybrid cooking class/tasting menu in the historic Old Port of Montreal. Eat a 4-course meal inspired by Montreal food cultures from Caribbean, Persian, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Join an award-winning food writer (Travel+Leisure, Food+Wine, Slow Food) and Michelin Star-trained Chef for a hybrid cooking class and 4-course tasting menu. Each course will tell the savory story of a different Montreal food culture - Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern, and/or Quebecois. But this is not your normal follow-a-menu affair...each guest will collaborate on one course, learning the professional techniques behind creating a balanced and beautiful - for example, searing, pan-roasting, oven poaching and plating. Guests are recommended add a matching 4-glass tasting of artisanal wineries for an extra $35 usd per person. Private and corporate options available on request.
